Got one.
We saw three apartments this morning. the first was a townhouse, brand new, super nice. $1100. The next was less nice, bungalow, but still nice. $950. The third was one of the sketchiest places I've seen. I wouldn't rent it, but I would buy it and then gut it. It had a lot of potential.
Then we met with Sydney, a lady who emailed me last week to tell me she had a space available.
And we took it. It's right across from campus, it has lovely retro characteristics for it, washer and dryer, and she's thinking of building us a deck. Plus it has a backyard and it means we can have a DOG. Or TWO.
We sign the lease tomorrow.
