We have this client.
He's Italian.
'Nuff said?
His favourite phrase is "Badda Boom, Badda Bing."
He has more energy than Daniel Alfredsson and the Energizer Bunny put together.
It comes across in his phone voice.
He tries to be buddy-buddy with us receptionists.
He's trying to be best friends with the bossman.
He calls a lot.
I avoid the calls because he's CRAZY.
But he always thinks it's me.
This is how this morning's conversation went:
Sheri: Good morning, [bossman's] office.
Mike: Heyyyyyyyy Alison!
Sheri: It's Sheri . . .
Mike: Heyyyyyyyy Sheri!
Sheri: Heyyyyyyy Mike.
Mike: Heyyyyyyy Mike!
Sheri passed him on to the bossman as fast as possible. Then she turned to me (after I'd stopped laughing at the conversation - trust me, if you knew this guy, you'd laugh too), and said: "we're tight."
